$2 per square foot (1000 square foot minimum or $2,000 service minimum)
15% on shopping purchases with a minimum of $2,000 design sourcing fee
*Be advised- most clients prepare a minimum budget of $15,000 per project.
Contractors are billed separately, directly to the client
Moving, labor, and installation fees may apply
Our projects are thoughtfully curated towards your unique personality, brand, style, and budget. In an effort to manifest your goals, we highly value our project management process to ensure that every part of the process is well communicated, professionally executed, and beautifully designed. Each of our clients can expect:
On-site client meeting to learn about your goals, ideas, business/home, personality, and passion project!
Custom design proposal to include color scheme and design concept visuals to achieve the overall “big picture” project outcome
Recommended improvements and Scope of Project list in a budget sheet
Furniture selections and scaled floor plan creation
Selections of necessary paint, lighting, flooring, tile, and other recommended improvements
Final staging of all accessories, plants and décor
Management of all involved contractors, cleaners, moving companies, and junk removal.
Consulting on methods to improve overall customer experience (for businesses and vacation rental details)
Facilitation of marketing photographs
